In Revelation 1:20, we read:
“the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand and the seven golden lampstands. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.” (MKJV)
From the above verse, we realize that the book of Revelation is written in codes. Those who ignore this fact will not extract the message which the Lord Jesus wishes to give to His Church.
I believed that God the Holy Spirit had placed the explanation of these mysterious codes in the Bible and that all I had to do was to search the Scriptures and to ask Him to help me find it. And this is what I did. I approached the matter scholarly, prayerfully, and with full respect and fear of God before whom I stood; and, the Lord God honored my request.
